Print Your Label
Select your preferred return method to generate a pre-paid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email address.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, attach the printed shipping label to the outside of the box, and ensure all old labels are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
